Can't do level 2
I tried this morning and its just too much for my bad knee. I'm too scared of injuring myself so I'm going back to Extreme Makeover level 3 and will try this again when I get another 20lbs or so off. I wish you all the best!

Mini muffins in half a minute!
I used the muffin in a minute recipe and split it into this cute little dish I got at the dollar store (2 of them for $1) to make my eggs in. These only needed to cook for 30-40 seconds THEN... I added strawberry cream cheese and some bacon to it! OMG!

Crispy, crunchy rutabaga chips are a success!
Roasted chicken wings, rutabaga chips, spinach, feta and cherubs OMGoodness these are soooo good, and so crispy and crunchy.
