So this is my routine for the next 4 weeks, pointers welcome

This is my calendar for the month

This is my Monday, Wednesday and Saturday routine.

This is my Tuesday and Friday routine, my kids have activities on these days so there is probably a good walk in there too.

This is my Thursday, I clean my 35 THOUSAND square foot Church. Walking is actually mopping with a mop and bucket, I don't log it all as calories burned because I have been doing it for a couple of years but I try to make it into a workout on its own, I don't take the elevator upstairs with the cart, I make several trips up and down the stairs instead. I also incorporate some lunges into my vacuuming when no one is watching and well I am not going to tell you the other silly things I do to make it into a workout. Just don't bite my head off for putting it on my calendar.

I have decided to incorporate Sunday as my rest day.
