I am really struggling with staying above 1200 even without taking out what I burn in my workouts. I had gastric bypass 8 years ago and am struggling to lose what I have gained back. I do know that when I get my calories above 1200 as long as I keep my carbs and sugars low then I lose, that is evident in my food diary but it's a struggle to do so. What are your low carb, sugar free suggestions that won't be super heavy on my stomach?

It looks like you need way more protein. Try a high protein snack am and pm. A protein shake or protein bar would be easy.

It looks like some nuts and cheese will help.
