Crispy, crunchy rutabaga chips are a success!

OMGoodness these are soooo good, and so crispy and crunchy.
Much better for you than pringles too, they do carmelize pretty quickly but the color doesn't make them taste burnt. This was less than 1/8th of a med. root fried in evoo until brown.
I used a Joyce Chen spiral slicer to get them super thin
11 calories and 2 net carbs for the serving.
