Not losing pounds but losing inches, here's motivation!

So I've only been doing this for 10 days but my first week I went on a carbohydrate detox of sorts. All the weight I lost was from the first 3 days, no loss since then but check out my numbers!

hope I did the pic right, there are no instructions on here.

I don't know why my calves went up instead of down except I swear that's the only place I ever have muscle, but I am changing that. Been doing Robert Fergusons DVD that comes with food lovers program a few times a day. Started 30DS today and will start Couch25K tomorrow. Alternating days with those.

    Thanks! I did one week of mostly liquid protein drinks with only complex carbs to kill that craving for breads, pasta and other sweet stuff, by the end of my week I couldn't even stand the sweetness of protein drinks. I also went completely off diet dr. pepper which I was totally addicted to.

    That is really great progress!!!! My hips/butt are the slowest thing to change. Its taken my 4 months to lose 4 inches there
