I'm back again, and the reason why is: I went to the doctors yesterday and he happened to mention that i had gained 10 pounds. Part of that i know could be because its my TOM, but that number really shocked at upset me. I'd say i roughly weigh 165 >.> and i'd like to get down to at least 125-130. Does anyone have any…

New Year, New Me.
It's 2011, I would like to make this the year of change and lose the 25 pounds i'd like to lose. The only problem for me is that I have the tendency to lose motivation over a certain amount of time, does anyone have any tips on how i can try and stay motivated? and does anyone want to try and help me stay on top of this?

So far so good
I wasn't sure if i would be able to keep up this long but im doing alright, it's alittle difficult when my parents and siblings are eating food around me that i would like to eat but im doing this for myself and i shouldn't give up. I have lost 4 pounds! i have 45 more to go. i hope i can make it. =\

Helllooo MFP :) how is everyone in this lovely community. I am a new user to the site. My goal weight is currently 105-110 pounds and im weighing in at 155-158 around there. I just burned 1233 calories today from exercise and have consumed a total of 1295. Does anyone have any advice to a new user?

This is insane!
Day 3 so far. Im am slightly frusterated as it is. If after i exercise and burn calories, then i eat dinner soon after i get those calories back right? I was curious, i was born with a minimal trace of a thyroid gland and am on thyroid medication ever since i was a baby. I was wondering if having this problem and being on medication will effect my trying to get rid of some of my weight?
