New Year, New Me.

It's 2011, I would like to make this the year of change and lose the 25 pounds i'd like to lose. The only problem for me is that I have the tendency to lose motivation over a certain amount of time, does anyone have any tips on how i can try and stay motivated? and does anyone want to try and help me stay on top of this?

    One thing that I've done in the past is make a book mark of ME! I've collaged my "skinny" pictures into a book mark that I use in whatever book I'm reading....that way I can look at it everyday!

    Another thing that I tend to do is research....Everything related to health, weight loss and any other related topic. I buy books, and keep reading on weight loss and health. It keeps me motivated and learning!
