Hi! Is there an easy way to convert calories burned (I have a heart rate monitor) to steps taken? I am more concerned with my calories burned; however, I'm doing a wellness challenge at work which is based upon steps taken. Thanks in advance!

HRM Base-line calories burnt
I recently purchased a Polar FT7 and am loving it. I have a question, though. Obviously there is a certain amount of calories that one would burn just sitting still (basic body functions like heart pumping, etc).
