OK I HAVE A NEW FIT BIT AND ALL CONECTED TO FITMESSPAL NOW ASWELL I HAVE BEEN GIVEN SITES AND GROUPS FOR MORE INFO ABOUT FIT BIT BUT JUST SEEM EVEN MORE CONFUSED NOW .. THE QUESTION I HAVE IS I DO WORK OUTS SO DO I LONG THE STILL ON FITNESSPAL OR DO I LEAVE THE FITBIT TO WORK IT OUT ????

not getting calorie burned upload from fitbit
have got my fitbit today but it is not sending the calories burnt over to fitnesspal ??? and help or advice ?? have i not done some thing . i have joined the fitbit group on here but am getting no answers .... also with the sleep monitor do i just wear it on my wrist and thats it ??? or is there more to it

Ok I have been doing ok for my first week but I have now gone in to panic mode, I have been invited out for a birthday lunch at the local pub and i am worried about what i should be eating ??? advice needed as i dont want to slip as im doing really well

not lost weight
ok well i started nearly a week ago i have kept to the calories and ever been a bit more active how ever i weighed my self today and not lost a single pound??? now i know the foods im eating airnt great but they still stay in my count whats going on ???? feeling a little demotivated
