  • the only thing im not sure about is the website as lookedat it today and it doesnt find any of my foods or meassurements ..food tracking is much better on here

  • dont forget with all the good eating and keeping fit your body also needs time to rest so make sure you are getting time out for you at some point
  • both hunni eat different things and mix up what you are already eating .... it shocks the body that have froze and gets it losing again

  • oh oh i thought of one .. i was on holiday last yeah and i am a big heavy up top so not a lover of dresses and even more so strapless but its was really hot so i bought a straplass dress , it was beautiful ... but while wearing it i had run in to the reception of the hotel and as i got there notied the dress had slipped…

  • I know the items i eat now are not good but each time i have tried to lose weight and just cut them out its becomes to much of a shock to my body and was advised by the doctor to cut it all out gradually and i know it still looks like i eat a lot of rubbish and the wrong things but compared to last week its a hugh…

  • i just desided to messure myself again and i have lost 2inches around my waist and on my hips and an inch around my neck ??? so im losing in inches not lbs
