diet chef

ok i am on my second day of diet chef ....
im not hungry , i feel im eatting more ...
am i doing some thing wrong ???
i have been tracking it all on here

  • Good for you, starting on a new path.

    The trick is to not think/speak diet, but to make lifestyle changes that you can maintain. ie: less processed food, eat a little of all food groups in moderation, stay within your mfp numbers, exercise and eat back, if not all then try to aim for at least half, of your exercise calories. Drink lots of water. Log everything that goes in the mouth, and track your exercise, too. At least 5-7 servings of fruit and veggies, and lean protein (in accordance with Canada Food Guide).

    Keep it up. It works if you stay with the program!! Good luck
