Spreadsheet
Just something I noticed on Haybales spreadsheet...If I do 3 30 min walks and 3 30 min of weight lifting a week it gives me a 25% def. eating 1600 calories. If I do the walks and take out weight lifting it gives me a 13% def eating 1800! Obviously I would rather eat 1800. I asked before about 1600 being low and he…

Haybales spreadshet
Sorry I am asking you about this again! My husband helped me be able to save the spreadsheet so that I can finally use it. According to it it says my Daily food goal is to eat 1400. My TDEE is 1943. 1943 -15% is 1652 and EM2Wl recommends a 10% cut, which would be 1749. I am eating at 1700 right now. I am just wondering if…

Eating 10% vs 15%
I have eaten at what believe is my TDEE since Nov and want to cut. I read in the handbook to begin with a 10% deficit first for 8 weeks and if you are not losing then add in the extra 5%. Can i just go right to 15%, it is not that much of a difference, does it really matter? I am trying to do this correctly. Thanks. Also I…

2 different numbers on scooby calks

The most accurate 15% def. is equal to the regular calculator def. of 20% and I know I am supposed to stick with the 15% or even 10? What calculator do you guys…

Not seeing any results yet...
I am eating 1600 calories for the last few weeks and lost a couple pounds but put them back on. My TDEE is 1900 and -15% I got 1600. I have been doing a half hour HIIT workout 3 times a week and strength training and a 20 min. walk twice a week. Am I going to be able to lose weight doing this? I am confused...don't eat too…

Which do you think is more efficient?
Eating TDEE minus your cut percent of 15 or whatever you are doing or eating the maintenance calories for your goal weight? After plugging in the numbers I find that the difference for me is 200 calories a day. If I eat TDEE minus 15% I can eat 1600 daily. If I eat maintenance calories for my goal weight of 110 pounds,…

Which is better to consistent calories or cycling
If I eat my current weight TDEE minus 15% deficit I am at 1600. Working out a few times a week will make my net calories differ. I know you do not eat exercise cals back for this approach. It is all figured in. If I eat my TDEE for my goal weight I will be eating 1400. Because that is my bmr I will eat any exercise cals…

low calories high sugar
I have begun drinking 1-2 whey protein shakes a day instead of breakfast and lunch. My calories are low but my sugar is always exceeding due to the shakes...not so much the whey itself but I add a cup of fruit and sweeten with 3/4 cup juice instead of adding sugar. Can I still lose if my sugars are high?
