Eating terribly one day...fast the next?
I'm curious as to what people do to compensate for a terrible eating day. Do you fast 1-2 days following? Do you over-exercise the day after? Do you cut your calories in half? Does this fast work? Stop exercising to lose weight?
Ever since I started crossfit I've been working out heavy 5-7 days a week. My diet isn't terrible but I feel like I've been gaining weight and my metabolism is just shot. Does anyone feel like this? First Unassisted Pull-ups--Hands torn to shreds.
So I did my first WOD w/ unassisted pullups today (did my first set of 5 last night EVER--proud like you wouldn't believe) and my hands are in absolute shambles. BTW these are kipping pullups.
