Golfer's elbow?

So this morning I went to a different gym and kind of went out of my usual program which I believe helped form my newest found injury: Golfer's elbow (according to google). Basically the inside of my elbow (especially the left) is KILLING ME, especially when I extend it fully. I'm definitely taking tomorrow off (3 rounds of rowing 500m and deadlifts at BW...don't think that would be smart), but will try to go for at least a run (weather permitting).
Anyone ever hear of/experience this? What'd you do to treat? How'd you change your workout regimen to accomodate it?
I'm beyond upset that I have to skip a workout because of this, but I definitely won't force it and injure myself further.
Happy Friggin Friday.

It sucks. I had a similar problem. The worst part is that I didn't even do it golfing--but trying a new type of lat row. That was a year ago, and I still am limited in doing that exercise (although I can do most other things).
My problem is that I let work and family responsibilities get in the way, so I never rehab these things properly.
So don't be stupid like me. Google "golfer's elbow" and "golfer's elbow rehab exercises" stuff like that and you should find some information. If the injury is acute enough, you might need to seek medical attention before you can even do rehab, but there are some simple stretches that you could do right away without causing further injury.
I found that doing cable seated rows (with dual, independent handles) with an underhand grip and wrists angled at 45 degrees allowed me to continue working my lats to a reasonable degree.0 -
I have "golfer's elbow" in both elbows. Whenever I start a pull up, I feel it in both elbows. Have to do quite a few reps before it starts to recede. It's chronic now and something I just deal with. But I don't let it stop me from doing pullups, rows, and deadlifts.

My sister constantly had bad elbows, then bad wrists, or both. She quit sports, couldn't even play the piano anymore. She went to a bunch of doctors, and besides being told she's imagining it, or to take painkillers for the rest of her life, nothing changed. Until my other sister started studying physiotherapy, and found she (the sister with the problems) had a sideways bend in her upper spine...
A lot of physiotherapy (with a professional) and exercises to strengthen her core muscles later and she's mostly pain free. Even doing aikido again.
Not saying it's gotta be a bad spine, bu if nothing helps, maybe see a specialist (or three)...0 -

I believe I got it from pullups as well...is it possible to get it from vigorous rowing? (only because that was what I did yesterday morning so I'm kind of linking them together)0 -

I would vote more tor pull ups. But if you did get the injury from rowing, that's a sign that your form may be incorrect and you are pulling too much with your arms and not enough with your lats.0
