Hi All,
I've been on the site for a few weeks now and have a few friends on it as well. I'm an extremely dedicated Crossfitter, Bootcamp instructor, and CKO kickboxing instructor. I try (when I'm not cheating!) to follow the Paleo diet as well...Got about 15-20lb to drop before summer and love using the site as a tracking tool and motivation.
If anyone on here is from the area or is interested in anything I said above, etc. please hit me up! There is a mud run and a couple 5ks that I'm signed up for (looking to sign up for MUCH more), I would love to communicate w/ the people involved w/ things like this as well!
The people I speak to on here are very motivational and informational when it comes to things I may be interested in...would love to see if there are more people like that out there!

Hi I recently joined CKO in Jersey City about 2 months ago! I love it! But feel like it's taking me so long to lose the weight. I currently go 6 days a week. Soon I will up it to 7! Trying my hardest to eat healthy on a budget. In total, I have lost 7lbs. Do you think I should have lost more by now, or am I on the right track?0
