Hi I'm Kristen and am obsessed with this site and the tools it has to offer. I was overweight for pretty much my entire life until a couple years ago when I had a 40lb drop due to strict dieting, the Insanity program by Beachbody, and a planned California trip (being w/ 2 thin, modelesque girls is pretty much what was the final straw. Since then I have been up and down w/in 10 lb but have stayed somehwat religious to working out and watching my eating.

Last summer I went a bit overboard w/ the drinking/eating and not working out as much and put on 15lb that has been almost impossible to take off. In November I started Crossfit and have been doing it religiously ever since, I try to go at least 5-6 times a week as well as incorporiating yoga once a week and occasional additional cardio. Last month I started paleo and have been doing relatively good with it for probably the past 1-2 weeks. My weight hasn't really fluctuated (probably muscle gain) but I (and others) can see myself getting leaner (thank God!)

I'm always down for a race, or mud run, or whatever competition is thrown at me...preferably in the tri-state area.

I love the fact that I can track everything I do on this site, especially on the go. I found that since I joined its been very motivating and keeps me in check with my goals.

Would love to get to know more fellow dieters as well as fitness fanatics (most defintiely cross fitters too!)

  • HI! Im Jennifer. I gym it everyday and try to sneak in a 30 day shred a few times a week. The gym is my second home. I am a fitness fanatic as well :)
