very close to giving up with this diet
i've been really trying, I've been trying my hardest to keep my carbs down, and nothing is working, i really want a nice big pizza and a chinese but i can't. I don't know what to do. I'm sick of trying my hardest and getting no where! :sad:

Ok everyone I want your best food swaps! My best one is mince for veggie mince Veggie mince has 71 kcal, 2g of fat, 3g of carbs where as normal meat mince has: Beef mince has 241 kcal, 19g of fat and 1g of carbs (not only that veggie mince doesn't sit so heavy in your stomach)
