I'm really bad i pop in and out of here all the time, but now i have a ipod (thank you mummy!) i can do this on the go, it's brilliant that i'm back into dieting, i love it!


however, since i got back on track, i have been so tiered and have been getting headaches for the past few days, i know it has been really hot recently, but do you think this is because of what i'm eating??? i'm finsing it really hard to hit the goal kcal and i think it's because i hate know exactly how many kcal i'm eating straight away as opposed to finding out later.
