How do you prepare spaghetti squash?
Never had spaghetti squash before, but would like to try I have seen people post that they eat it like traditional spaghetti, others say eat it cold. How do you prepare it so that it looks like spaghetti???

Hatha Yoga?
My local Y is offering classes in yoga. Never done any yoga, have heard it ranges from peaceful to really intense, high temp settings. I am in the process of getting back into shape - I have heard "hatha" is like gentle yoga?? Is hatha good for a newbie? Someone who is a bit out of shape but is trying to change that?

Interval Training v. Regular Walking
Is interval training - say for 20 minutes, ranging between 3.0-4.5 mph on a treadmill more effective or less effective than 40 minutes on the treadmill at 3.3 mph. I have heard so much about interval training and how it helps. Any thoughts or experiences with this? Any input is appreciated.

Snacks for a Car Ride
Looking for some good ideas. Next month will be driving from Boston to DC. Now of COURSE there are fast food establishments that will be calling my name along the turnpikes, but I would like to stay good. Any suggestions for really yummy snacks that aren't too messy but good on the go?
