Dairy milk alternatives?
So I've tried the other milks (oat, coconut, almond, etc.). The problem is, I don't drink them fast enough, and end up pouring like half of it down the sink every time...they're usually best within 7-10 days? Regular dairy milk lasts so much longer. Is there a dairy milk alternative that lasts longer than that?

Tracking within my tracking
So today is W7 D2. I would like to get the time of my "mile". I was thinking that I could start and stop a different fitness app (while also running the C25K app & Runtastic) for a mile. As long as I watch it closely, I should be able to get something close, but I'm wondering if there's an easier way?

Irritated
I did W3 D2 yesterday. I noticed during the first run, my legs got sore right off the bat. Repeated day 1
I did worse today than my first day-fought tears of frustration for a bit. I think I made a couple mistakes that I will learn from and keep going. I'm not in any hurry, good thing because I think me and Day 1 are gonna go a few more rounds.....
