It seems like I can't lose any weight, I've tried mixing up my excercise and I really don't eat that much. I play tennis 5 days a week, and run mostly every day. Skinny *****- bootcamp
Has anyone tried the Skinny Bich Bootcamp dvd? If so I was wondering if you know how to get to the abs section. The instructors say "go get your mats it's time for the ab section" and the screen goes purple and when it comes back it reads that it's the Cooldown section of your workout...completely skipping the abs.

A whole chocolate bar
So yeh today I ate a whole rasberry filled dark chocolate bar, it was amazingly good but had 510 calories. I feel horrible for eating it, but I was wondering if I stayed in my calories including that chocolate bar is it alright that I ate it?

Blood Pressure
Is it possible to have too low of a blood pressure? I know the normal is 120 over 80, but mine is 84 over 60. I wasn't at the doctors while taking it so I have no idea if that's alright.

excercise calories?
I'm sure this question has been asked quite a bit, but am I supposed to eat my calories that I've burnt off from excercise? If so then what's really the point of excercising if you're just eating what you worked off, besides getting toned?
