I did so horrible today with eating, but I want your opinions if you think my workout kinda sorta made up for it.
The bad things I ate include jam tarts (lemon curd & rasberry), cadbury fingers, and a blended coffee.
I played tennis singles for 2 hours and doubles for 1 hour. Also I did cardio for 40 minutes.
It's just so upsetting that I ate all that :[

    If it fit in your calories I'm sure you'll be okay. Just get back on the horsey tomorrow and be better.
