I know this seems weird but I have been prescribed from my acupuncturist to have more beef and lamb in my diet. Does anyone have any healthy beef or lamb recipes?

triathlete who works out 6 days a week 1-2 hours on the week
Am I eating enough calories at 1600? Of course I eat my exercise calories back, I am training for a triathlon. I have been struggling to lose weight. If anyone has any experience that would we awesome. I am pretty sure I am doomed to not losing any weight until after my race. I am just wondering if anyone knows.

Tweaked my back...Ouch!
I was doing some pretty aggressive flip turns in the pool last night and tweaked my back! It totally sucks. I swear I injure my back every few months somehow and then I get over it. Does anyone else have issues with lower back injuries? Should I be doing certain exercises daily or weekly so this doesn't happen??

I just noticed that MFP asks me how much I plan to work out during the week. Does that mean that i should not logg my workouts because the calories are already adjusted for those workouts?? Need help!
