I just noticed that MFP asks me how much I plan to work out during the week. Does that mean that i should not logg my workouts because the calories are already adjusted for those workouts?? Need help!

I think it is just for your benefit. Log your workout and make sure to try and eat the exercise calories burned (especially if MFP set your net calories consumed at 1200)0

I think it asks so you can keep track of your goals. Thats why when you go to the exersise tab it has your daily goal and your weekly goal. But I would definatly track your exercise. And I know the feeling. Mine is set for 1200 also.0
