Good lifting routine for run training?

Hello! I am training for a half marathon and I want to get as fit as possible while I am training. I know that I need to cross train and lift weights to get a killer body. Does anyone have any good lifting routines to do in between run trainings? I plan to cross train with biking and swimming, but I need some lifting advice. Thanks!
