I have always enjoyed rice cakes with a tablespoon of peanut butter on them for a snack. Someone recently told me that they were very bad for you because they have a high GI level, higher than a snickers bar!. But they are only 35 cal and 7g of carbs per rice cake? Anyone know anything about this?
