Okay guys, i'd really appreciate some help. I did the "Eat to live" diet by Dr. Furman for 4 months and lost 12 lbs by doing so. Well after those months I could not stick to the no meat diet and overwhelming amount of veggies so now I incorporate some meat but I still have vegetables 2 meals a day and fruits as well, usually a carb in the morning. Since I stopped this diet I slowly started to gain. Then I started MFP and it put me on a 1280 calorie budget and I exercise 3-4x a week. I weight 132 currently, 5'3 and am 22 years old. I have a pretty athletic build. Some people are telling me to up my calories i'm in starvation mode but I am scared to gain weight, especially since Dr. Furmans diet was a low calorie diet and I lost the weight while exercising. Please guys, the scale is slowly creeping up on me, any advice?
