75lbs lost photo's
The 1st pic was at my daughters Communion 5 years ago the 2nd at her Confirmation this week.I have a way to go yet but am pleased with the difference the weight has been up and down over those 5 years but I'm currently the lightest I've been in 10 years with 15/20lbs to go.

Under 100kg
Weighed in yesterday and was under 100kg for the 1st time in 8 or 9 years just a step on the way to 90kg but am a pretty happy man today.

What weight loss should I enter in MFP 2lbs,1.5lbs or 1lb.
Hi I'm currently 224lbs down from 280 and am looking to get down to 190/195 and am unsure what to add in my goals.Am at 2lbs per week at the moment and seem to have stalled for a few weeks.

Back for good this time.
Lost around 70lbs a few years ago and was 10/15lbs off my goal weight when I hurt my shoulder by overdoing the weight training.Used that as an excuse not to train and over the last couple of years the weight has crept up a bit and am now looking to lose maybe 40lbs. Feel free to add me.

How do you enter kettlebells into exersise diary?
I can't seem to find an option for kettlebells in the diary.

22500 cals in October.
Have slipped pretty badly over the summer but am back and more determined than ever so who wants to join me? It works out at 750 cals a day which is tough but doable.

30 day shred for men.
Have many guys done this and was it worthwhile? I am thinking of starting it in 3 or 4 weeks time when I am hopefully a bit closer to goal am also doing c25k and will be at week 7 or 8 is this realistic?
