My story, and what's helping me.
I have been doing this for almost a year. I lost a lot of weight (but didn't tone, and I looked gross, just sayin', hint hint) After a while of very strict counting. (I mean, I even counted a 5cal stick of gum dude) I started binging. I heard from a body builder that my body needed a "refeed" and to go on a "dieters gone…

I did it!(:
I swore in, and I'm leaving in less than 6 months for the army! Ft.Jackson, then to Ft.Leonard wood. Anybody else going/been there? And, what else is everyone doing to get in shape (or attempt) to prepare for Basic training? Of course, we all know you can't really prepare for it.

Protein mug cake, first attempt. :D
Two Tbl spoons of whole wheat flour (I don't have any, so I put some oat meal in my coffee bean grinder. Works just as well) Two egg white. Half a scoop of protein powder. (I used unflavored whey, because that's all I ever use) Unsweetened cocoa powder (about two tablespoons, I added a little more because....well…

Here we are: I quit.
At first, I weighed around 160. Then, I went to 137. I'm 5'11, that's kinda low. I did it without cheat meals, or anything. I was like a food nazi. Counted absolutely everything, it consumed me. I am now in the greatest shape of my life. (Aside from the fact I've been binging, and it's getting old and annoying) so, to help…

Any tips on bingeing? I'm at/was at my happiest weight...
I went to a really low weight (135) at 5'11 that's pretty low. Then I maintained a 140 for a while, and was so happy with myself. I recently joined the army, and I have no clue if it's my stress level increasing, like, maybe I'm just overly excited/nervous about BCT or what.. but I have been binging like, 3 times a week…

Getting out of this.
I want to maintain, but man I'm scared of gaining weight back. I workout hard, being I'm swearing into the army on tuesday, I can't be in a deficit anymore for obvious reasons. I'm so used to undereating, it seems weird to bump up my calories. Any one transition into the maintenance phase with no problem?

Hey there:)
So, I never use the computer, so I've never done this, "Introduce yourself" thing. I'm Katelynn, 16, 25 pounds down :) I've been pretty strict with 1300 calories a day for a long time, sometimes even lower. (Never a cheat day!) Recently upped my intake to 1450. Tomorrow, my sister and I are having a cheat meal. How is this…

Always hungry!!!
So, for a while I did about 1300 calories a day. I'm a active woman, of course I ate more when I worked out. i recently took it up to 1400 because I noticed a very dramatic decrease in my energy, but I still lost weight. Now my stomach constantly growls, even after a healthy snack or meal. I don't want to eat evertime my…
