Hey there:)

So, I never use the computer, so I've never done this, "Introduce yourself" thing.
I'm Katelynn, 16, 25 pounds down :)
I've been pretty strict with 1300 calories a day for a long time, sometimes even lower. (Never a cheat day!)
Recently upped my intake to 1450. Tomorrow, my sister and I are having a cheat meal. How is this going to effect me, if at all?
