Protein mug cake, first attempt. :D

Two Tbl spoons of whole wheat flour (I don't have any, so I put some oat meal in my coffee bean grinder. Works just as well)
Two egg white.
Half a scoop of protein powder. (I used unflavored whey, because that's all I ever use)
Unsweetened cocoa powder (about two tablespoons, I added a little more because....well chocolate, that's why.)
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder. (I put almost a 1/4, because I like it really big and fluffed)
Two tablespoons of water.
Three to four truvia packets.
Mix it all together, pop in the microwave for about 38 seconds. (watch it carefully, it'll rise quickly)

To make it really moist and decedent, I added a couple splashes of almond milk.
