Broke under 300 lbs today.
So I have been on my weight loss journey for 9 weeks now. I have lost 37 pounds so far and today I went under 300 pounds. I am pretty proud of myself but I still have a long way to go. Which elliptical to buy?
I am thinking of buying an elliptical trainer for my house. A friend gave me an old nordic trac one but it is lound and annoying. No wonder she gave it up out of the kindness of her heart. At least she didnt charge me for it! I am looking at the Sole E25. It has good reviews. Any other thoughts?
