? about calories burned
I am using a heart rate monitor and want to just add the calories that I burned to my exercise diary, but I'm not seeing a quick add option like with calories added to your food diary where I can just put those in. HELP! I'm probably just not seeing it.

low cal/no cal foods to get me through the day?
I need some low cal or no cal foods for snacks to keep me full. I have days when I just need more, but don't want to use my already planned-out meal calories. Suggestions?

Turbo Kick

enough calories
I am trying to lose 10 pounds by June 1st. I am taking hour long turbo kick classes at my gym 2-3 days a week. What is a realistic calorie goal? I plugged the info. into the goals section of my page and it is only giving me 1200 calories a day which seems like so few. I'm 5'3, 141 pounds.

How do you log the 30 day shred?
I can't find it under cardio or strength...all I find is "circuit training" which is what each level on the DVD is, but it says it only burns barely under 200 calories for 20 minutes. Am I logging it incorrectly or is this right?
