Too Much Fiber
According to my food diary I am already over my fiber for the day. I'm thinking I'm ok because I don't think you can have too much fiber in your diet can you? Isn't there a way to change the number? What should I set it to?

My tracker has me set up for about 10g of fiber each day but I try to eat food rich in fiber and almost always go over this number. Can/should I increase it or leave it and try to shoot just for the 10? Thanks for the help.
