when to eat
When i was in the military back in the 90's... we told the men to eat a fruit or drink a shake right after Physical training. Is that still ok... i'm not talking like a full meal just some oranges or other fruit??

I have a question for some people who are doing exercise programs. Most of them like P90, P90x or insanity i think even has one. Most of these programs have diet plans that go with them. My question is how many people follow the meal plans, or how many just create there own?
