My name is Shawn right now i weigh 338, I've been gaining steady weight for the last 8 years. When i was in my early 30's i weighed nearly as much as I do now . I lost 95 lbs using Xenadrine, I still exercised and drank a ton of water. When I stopped taking it. I started to gain weight. it was slow at first. But when I quite smoking 2 years ago it seemed to kick my weight gain into high gear.
My 20's ironically I was in supreme condition. I was a RECON specialist in the military i could run 2 miles in 10 flat. my 2nd job was a fitness instructor for those soldiers that had weight issues. Well now i'm on of them soldiers....( haha) I'm now a disabled vet and i'm getting married to a fabulous woman next May. I'm NOT going to roll down the aisle!!!....my plan is to swagger like Mick Jagger :-D.
Current weight 338
Goal weight 250 lbs in 1 year
