Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone does this and do they know how many calories does it burn without a HRM? Even if you don't know how many calories that one burns just any kind of Zumba workout? Thank you :)

Beginner at running/jogging
I'd love to be able to jog/run without feeling like I'm going to die! Any tips/advice on how to start out would be really great :smile: It's quite hilly near me and I don't get a chance till really late at night to go out, is it completely pointless to do it so late at night?
