So surprised when I ran the numbers through fat2fitradio.com again. I was just making sure that my not losing anymore meant I was losing muscle and had to increase calories...but the numbers have changed in a good way! I am so excited! Just had to share!!!!

I think mine are. Was researching this and it seems to increase with age. Does anyone know more about this? How to help it get better?

Weight gain....wtf????
Now at early peri I get, I believe the technical term is 'bat *kitten* crazy', when I DO ovulate....which I did last night. But inexplicable weight gain? Yesterday I ate a lot, exercised even more, stayed within all my limits...which are low to begin with, including keeping my sodium under 1500 and my water at 12 cups. Yet…

BMI fun with HRT
Have a hrt? How acurate is the bmi calculator on here? I started mine when I went to sleep last night, divided that number by minutes slept, multiplied that by 720 (minutes in 12 hrs) and times that by two. My actual is 1609 and the bmi calculator on here says 1618...pretty close. How about yours?

Yesterday I biked to and from work for the first time - new bike. Sunday I raised the weight on my 100 arm curls each from 5#'s (which was way too light) to 10#'s. My sit-bones feel badly bruised.
