The calories burned calculator here has things on it that they don't here. So, if you spend the day having $ex on your anniversary instead of running sprints like usual...it doesn't go down as a failed fitness day. You enter your weight, minutes for your activities and then you can log it here.

This is the link to all their calculators...but most are not necessary since they have them here.

Do you have any tips like this? Do you just not log things that are not on here?

I keep my calories low enough that I need to know what I am burning so I eat some of it back.
