Water Fast?
I have a friend who has decided to do a water fast at least one day a week. That is just consuming water for 24 hours, no food. She says she really enjoys it. I was wondering if it is a good idea? I thought there was a 1,200 cal minimum. Can fasting really be good for you?

Burning 100 Calories?????
Does that "40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 pushups" thing really burn 100 calories? I feel like it should not burn NEARLY that many calories even if you do the three count jumping jacks...

Define Deficit, Please?
I'm not exactly sure what "eating at a deficit" means. Does that mean my net calories are in the negative or I am just not eating all of the calories that I am allowed from MFP?
