Drop in shoe size
I just went and bought a pair of winter boots and they are a size 8! I am normally a size 9-9.5. I'm wondering if losing weight affects your shoe size. I've lost 7kg in the last 5 months and about 11kg in the last year. Not a huge amount and I wouldn't think enough to make that much of a difference.

For the ladies - weight gain mid cycle??
Does anyone gain weight around ovulation time? I think I'm starting to see a trend. My weight increases by .5-1kg at the exact same time I ovulate even when I am sticking to my calories etc. Anyone else?

hrm that shows calories burnt as you go
Does anyone know if there is a hrm that displays the amount of calories you are burning on the screen AS you exercise? With my Garmin I have to go into the history at the end of a session to see calories burnt.

Increased fitness and calories burnt
I'm just curious. If you get better (fitter) at doing an activity like a step class, do you burn less calories as your heart is not working as hard? I've just noticed a decrease in my burn level on a few activities the last few weeks even though I go for the same mount of time and the same pace.

fitbit and adding in exercise
Just wondering what people do? Say you go for a jog or a bike ride. Fitbit calculates the steps and gives you extra calories to use BUT do you also add in the exercise you are doing on MFP? They can be more strenuous than just steps so what do you do?

fit bit saying I have burned 6,000 calories!
So I did my normal morning walk this morning and so far today (halfway through the day) I have taken about 11,000 steps and fitbit is saying I have now burnt over 6,000 calories!!! I just bought and synced a fit bit zip to my MFP account. For some reason it put in -217 calories and has taken it off my calorie goal for today! In fitbit it says I have already burned 712 calories (I have only just put it on). How do I reset it all??

selecting treadmill for MFP
What do I put a workout on a treadmill under on MFP? I incline it to 4% and walk at a fast pace (6.5) for 1/2 hour. There is no treadmill selection besides "stair-treadmill" but I think that is different???
