Dizzy and weak if I don't eat for a few hours

Are too many eggs bad for you?
I tend to eat alot of eggs - they're so versatile - scrambled, fried (bad), boiled, poached etc etc I've heard they are bad for you and your heart - any truth in that?

Women - Do any of you put on weight during your peiod?
I am on a low cal diet and last week I had lost 2lb - today I weight myself and it looks like I've put on 3lbs. I haven't eaten anything differently and it hasn't been that long either - I am on my time of the month though, could this be a factor? I'm really down because I felt as though I had done so well up until now :(

Calories left over but over on fat nearly everyday
Is this ok? I am still always under on calories but seem to be over on fat quite abit. Obviously this is what is making me fat but not sure if its a bad thing as everytime I complete my food diary, MFP says I will lose a certain amount ion 5 weeks still.

Low calorie but cheap snacks
I tend to need to eat regularly throughout the day as for some reason my body can't go for a few hours without eating. What can you recommend as snacks? Apple Cider Vinegar tablets - do they work?
