Apple Cider Vinegar tablets - do they work?

So i've heard alot of good things about apple cider vinegar and apple cider vinegar tablets. Do they actually work in preventing weight loss/water retention?
I'm thinking of investing but dont want to waste my money.

Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if it works, but I tend to have a little apple cider vinegar everyday but include it as a part of my home made salad dressing or include as a dip for bites of grilled meat. a small bottle of heinz apple cider vinegar is less than $1 US. I just like it in cooking/salads/etc so if it has added benefits, great!
  • Helping with weight loss is indeed clinically proven for fermented apple cider vinegar.

    Also, great for gout sufferers.

Some evidence for type II diabetes.

Do not know about the tablets.

There is mounting evidence that 'fermented foods and preserves' are all health giving especially in terms of probiotics. There is a craze for making saurkraut.
