I know that most people (including myself) are here to lose weight and obviously there's nothing wrong with that. Is my caloric intake fear irrational?
Has anyone eaten way below maintenance in order to drop pounds faster, then started eating at maintenance to maintain their goal weight and gained weight from it? I want to drop my calorie intake but this is my fear. Irrational?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to throw a pity party. I don't sit and think about this while eating an excess of fatty and or sugary foods (hell, I'm not even an emotional eater to begin with lol). Vigorous home workout
Does anyone know of any really vigorous home workouts/workout dvds without plyometrics, etc. (things that require jumping)? I live in a second floor apartment and would love to do something really intense without making my neighbor hate me lol

Sighs. Yes, another BMR/TDEE question. Please help :)
So on fat2fitradio I used their calculator to determine how much I should be eating. My BMR came out to 1850 and my TDEE came out to 1992 (Sedentary). I've read that you should not eat below BMR but I've also read that you should eat around 20% under TDEE to lose weight. See my problem? 20% below 1992 is way under my BMR.…

Can anyone else here relate to this?
I am considered at the very least obese. I feel as if my body is abnormally capable of things that maybe people (myself included) would/have assume(d) it wouldn't be. I am still young but sometimes when I workout I surprise myself. Some things come abnormally easily to me. Has this happened to anyone else?
