Dinner under 400
made a dinner I was kind of proud of tonight. Skillet grilled half a skinless chicken breast, cooked in a light white wine. Sautéed spinach and split cherry tomatoes, served with a tablespoon fresh grated Parmesan. Baked sweet potato with a half cup fat free cottage cheese and a sprinkle of cinnamon. 386 calories.

Coffee?
I have totally cut coffee out of my life, because I was under the assumption that all the sugar and creamer was going to kill my calories, but I've recently found fat free sugar free creamer, and that my coffee is only 2 cals per 8 oz. So, what's your opinion on it? Is it still okay to drink coffee during a diet?
