Petites - what is your calorie goal each day?
I'm 4'10, which is shorter than the average. How many calories do you petites use as your daily calorie goal? Net or period...for example, eat 1200 and no activity calories or 1200 plus activity calories? do you even eat 1200? What have you found to be successful?

For those of you who track both on MFP and WW, do you find that your calories are somewhat similar to your points or are they usually more or less? Also, do you just track on MFP or WW or both?

Leg/Muscle Cramps
I'm on week 7 and I've started to notice that i'm getting some leg cramps after I run. anyone else have this problem? any suggestions on how to get rid of them? I drink a protein drink after my run and stretch and warm up.
