What would your recommend???
I'm new to the entire juice thing and really would be using it to get in more veggies and fruit. Now, on that note, I know not all Odwallas are created equal. I'm comparing the no sugar added, non protein ones to a juicer.

About the only things they use are fruit, carrots, spirulina and protein. You could get a lot better nutrition from a juicer. Plus the Odwalla ones are pasteurized, you get better nutrient retention through juicing raw fruit and veggies.0

Yep, and in the long run, it would be a lot cheaper on your wallet to make your own. Besides, being creative in the kitchen and trying out new recipes is fun.0
