Jawbone UP user reviews
I'm curious about the Jawbone UP. I wanted to try the Fitbit but they are not compatible with Iphone4, only phones after mine. Seems the UP I can connect manually to my Iphone4. Anyone use one? Are they worth the investment or just another toy that you soon grow tired of? Thanks.

need more protein choices
I seem to have difficulty getting my protein in. Im not a huge meat eater in general (carb addict girl!). Any good protein sources for snacking, etc that anyone can recommend. I thought maybe adding a protein shake in my day somewhere might help but looking for food choices that would work too. Thanks :-)

New, do I have it?
Im new and going to try it. So am I correct that as long as I stay net between BMR and my TDEE cut that I am on track? I should never go below my BMR. Also the calculator suggests 20% cut and doesn't recommend the 25%. What is wrong with 25% when it's still more than I've been eating? Thanks.

Beginning weights question about reps
I just started doing a weight circuit at the gym. Im trying to do 3 sets of 12 reps each exercise. Sometimes I can do all 12 for all three sets and others I can do 12, then 10, 8 etc. Is it best to do it that way or lower the weight back down so I can do 12 reps for all sets? Or just lower the weights on the last couple…

Workout routines and tips
Im going to be starting out doing cardio and weights at a gym. Not looking to bulk up with the weight at this point, mostly toning up while I lose weight.
