Workout routines and tips

Im going to be starting out doing cardio and weights at a gym. Not looking to bulk up with the weight at this point, mostly toning up while I lose weight. I would love to know what tips you all have for good workout routines...ie...how many reps to do and how many sets, etc. What do you all recommend? Thanks :drinker:

^^ agree with all of the above! lift heavy and eat at a slight cal deficit if you want to still lose. join the NROLFW group on MFP or on facebook, the ladies are so helpful if you have any questions or issues :happy:0 -
