Excited for my 5k

Im a couch tater just getting into fitness. I've been walking and have built up to walking about 5k a day now. I just finished 4 minutes faster than I did on Tuesday! I did it in 45 minutes strictly walking only (haven't gotten to running...yet)

I have a virtual 5k on Memorial Day I'm walking in and just signed up for an actual one at the end of June. By gosh I may be hooked?! Lol

    Great job!!!! I started out as a non runner and am now working on training for a 15k.... keep it up!!

    Cool! I definitely want to do a 5K someday, but I need to get faster than an hour, where I am currently. :/

    Keep up the good work!!!!

    I have wanted to run a 5k for a few years now, and even added it to my bucketlist because training has been few and far between for me. I hope that after reaching about half of my weight loss goal my knees wont give out on my so much.

    Good Luck with your 5k, let us know how you do when you complete it!!! :)
